The Winter Festival Playlist has a daily task that sounds easy until you actually try to clear it. "Complete a Horizon Rush event" should be obvious, right? Not quite. A lot of players open the map, jump into the nearest bracelet race, finish it, and get nothing. That's annoying when one point can push you closer to a seasonal car, and it's even more annoying when you're also trying to build up your garage with Forza Horizon 6 Credits for upgrades, tunes, and the odd impulse buy at the Autoshow.
Why this daily task catches players out
The problem isn't the challenge itself. It's the way the game labels things. Bracelet events can look similar on the world map, but they don't all count as Horizon Rush. Some are proper star-rated activities. Others are more like showcase or demonstration-style events. If you pick the wrong one, you can drive well, finish cleanly, and still see the daily objective sitting there unfinished. That's where most of the confusion comes from.
What actually counts as Horizon Rush
The quick rule is simple: look for bracelet events that award one, two, or three stars. Those are the ones tied to Horizon Rush progress. You don't need to beat the top score. You don't need a perfect run. You just need to complete the event and earn at least one star. If the event doesn't show a star-rating target, skip it for this challenge. It might still be fun, but it won't help with "What a Rush"
Events that are worth checking first
A few events have been reliable for clearing the objective. Pier Pressure is a good pick if you're near Tokyo, and it's easy to spot once the area is unlocked. Off Piste, over in Sotoyama, is another solid choice and tends to be less of a headache. Launch Control in the Nangan area also works for many players. If one of these is close to your current position, start there instead of wasting time bouncing between random map icons.
If the events are missing
Don't panic if those names aren't on your map yet. It usually means you haven't pushed far enough through the festival progression. Keep doing available races, earn bracelet progress, and open up more regions. The game reveals these activities in stages, so a missing Horizon Rush event isn't always a bug. It's often just locked behind normal play. Fast travel helps, of course, but only after the right areas and events have appeared.
Final Thoughts
This daily is much easier once you stop treating every bracelet race as the same thing. Pick a star-rated bracelet event, finish it, take the one star if that's all you get, and move on. There's no need to restart for three stars unless you want the extra bragging rights. For players watching their seasonal progress and browsing Forza Horizon 6 Credits for sale while planning their next builds, clearing this task quickly is the smart play before the Winter playlist rolls away.
